stretched dent in Audi S3 roof

This is a 2016 Audi S3 in panther black paint. I was called out because there is a dent on the roof. When I arrived to repair the vehicle this is what I saw.  No this is Not a wasted trip.  Much of what we do is a consultation process.  Many people have never been in need of a collision center for any reason.  When somthing does happen you are often at the mercy of some tow truck driver of worse yet your insurance carrier.  One has to figure if you go where your carrijor says can you trust that they have your the quality of repairs first in there mind.. This car needs to be perfect and for that to happen the customers needs to know which shop can provide that. Very few can and you do not get a reduced deductible when you go where they want you to go. You will get fast and cheap. This customer found me. I know how much a good repair means to them. I know who else will provide the service they expect. It is not your friendly neighborhood mega collision center.
